We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Or contact us at contact@shopgit.in with your Order ID and reason. - For defective & wrong product replacement delivery timeframe will be 7-10 days.
- Pickup/Drop: We will schedule a free reverse pickup from your address. In some cases, you may be asked to self-ship.
- Product Verification: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, weโll process your refund.

Refunds are credited after successful inspection of the returned product:
- Payment Method Refund Time:
- UPI/Wallets: 2โ3 business days
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5โ7 business days
- Net Banking: 3โ5 business days
- COD Orders: Refund to bank account or Shopgit wallet (as per your choice)
Note: Refund timelines may vary slightly based on your bank or payment provider.

We currently do not offer product exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order separately.
